The title of the goods does not pass to the customer until all monies have been received in full.
All goods and or services are supplied in accordance with our current standard conditions of sale/service.
Competition parts are sold without warrenty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and user of such parts to determine their suitability and legality for whatever purpose they are intended.
Mail order goods are supplied with a seven day cooling off period in which they may be returned for a full refund. The notice to cancel must be given in writing within the seven day period and returned items are sent back at the customers expense.
All trade sales are final.
All units must be fitted within 2 weeks for any warrenty to be valid.
Changes in delivery times will be notified to the customer as soon as is reasonably possible.
Parts purchased will comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1994 and be of 'Satisfactory Quality' unless specified at the time of sale.
Please note all parts supplied are marked with the Grade A stamp/initials. Removal of these marks will invalidate your guarantee/warrenty.
No parts may be altered, modified or dismantled in anyway without prior permission of Grade A in writing. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee/warrenty.
On delivery, please inspect all goods before signing. This is to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If the courier refuses to let you inspect the goods, simply write the word 'Damaged' and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign and contact Grade A within 1 working day.
In the event that a part(s) are supplied and prove to be incorrect or faulty upon fitting, Grade A must be notified within 48 hours. Collection can then be arranged. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered.
In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error whilst ordering the part, Grade A must be contaced immediatley and the part returned to Grade A within 7 days of purchase, at the cost of the customer. Grade A will refund the customer on receipt but may charge a carriage and packaging fee.
In the event that a part has been ordered but is subsequently canceled before dispatch, Grade A will refund the customer but may charge a cancellation fee of 10%.
Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods in the condition they were supplied.
All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt/cam belt/chain and filled with new oil and oil filter upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warrenty being rendered null and void. Gearboxed must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will result in the guarantee/warrenty being rendered null and void.
Due to the un-insurability by the major couriers, glass is supplied and sent at the customers own risk, refunds for breakages are not possible.
All parts purchased are supplied on a part(s) only basis. Grade A are unable to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in the fitting or removal of parts or any responsibility for any vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.
